After starting the next section, Chapter 5, now when adding an Endnote reference the view of the screen jumps to the beginning of the section. View jumps right to the top of the screen when I type. It is so annoying having the page scroll back to the top. I have cursed out this program many times, as I'm trying to check invoices at the bottom of my screen and keep losing my place. What is particularly stupid is that this uncontrollable scroll problem occurs randomly in Windows 10.
